Where data is missing
Everyone publishes doses and promises. This is the other side: 102 cases where no studies exist for a specific goal and we refused to invent a dose. That is not a gap in the reference — it is its honest part.
Why look at this. An item that "works for muscle" says nothing about endurance. An empty cell means exactly one thing: no good studies exist for that combination.
Why it matters
An item with level A is confirmed by reviews — but not for every goal at once. We do not carry a proven effect over to a neighbouring task: where studies for a goal are missing, this note stands in place of a number, not an average from another study.
