My supplement stack
A stack is a personal set of supplements with time slots. The service helps you build and print it but does not prescribe intake.
How it is built
- the "Take the recommended minimum" button adds baseline items and does not overwrite your own choices;
- other items are added manually from the reference by search;
- the time slot is chosen by the user: morning, before training, after training, evening, before bed or no time;
- the stack and its cautions are rebuilt from the profile every time the page opens.
Dose — only for your goal
The dose comes from the analysis for your goal. When no studies exist for that goal, the page says so plainly: "there are no studies for this goal." A dose "by analogy" is never substituted — otherwise it would be unclear where the number came from.
Storage and printing
The stack lives in the profile: it is included in the backup, cleared by the delete-data button and never leaks into a share link. The schedule and cautions print without menus or buttons.
What the service does not do
It does not prescribe intake, does not choose drug combinations and does not replace a doctor. Reference entries are an analysis of evidence, not a recommendation to use.
