Safety checklist

The service asks about health not for show: some flags change the calculation and the recommendations, and some block a calorie deficit entirely.

What changes in the calculation

  • with flags for eating disorders, cardiovascular disease or liver disease any negative calorie correction is blocked — not "warned about" but withheld;
  • with insufficient body weight no deficit is offered until weight returns to normal;
  • with mental-health flags, stimulants (caffeine, synephrine) are removed from the recommendations;
  • with cardiovascular flags, sodium is removed from the recommendations;
  • the upper protein limit is reduced when liver or kidney problems are flagged;
  • when medications are flagged, a reminder about the interval between a supplement and a drug is added.

Mental state

Red flags in this area are no material for self-diagnosis online. The service points to the escalation route directly: in Russia and the EU the single emergency number works around the clock 112, and a verified list of helplines by country is at findahelpline.com. The reference does not replace talking to a doctor or psychologist.

What the service does not do

  • it does not diagnose or prescribe treatment;
  • it does not guess a dose "by analogy" when no studies exist for your goal;
  • it does not hide gaps in the data: every entry shows where evidence is thin.
